1. Login the IEEE PDF eXpress
(1)First-time users for the IEEE PDF eXpress:
(a)Click "New Users-Click Here"
(b)Enter 60920X for the Conference ID, your e-mail address, and choose a new password. Continue to enter information as prompted.
(c)You will receive online and e-mail confirmation upon successful account setup.
(2)Previous users of the IEEE PDF eXpress (for conferences other than CISP-BMEI’23), but using the system for the first time for CISP-BMEI’23:
(a)Enter 60920X for the Conference ID, your e-mail address, and enter the password you used for your old account.
(b)When you click "Login" you'll receive an error saying you need to set up an account. Simply click "Continue". By entering your previously used e-mail address and password combination, you can enable your old account for CISP-BMEI’23.
(c)Check that the contact information is still valid, and click "Submit".
(d)You will receive online and e-mail confirmation upon successful account setup.
(3)Returning users of CISP-BMEI’23: Enter 60920X for the Conference ID, along with your e-mail address, and password.
2.For each paper, click "Create New Title".
3.Enter your paper title as identifying text.
4.Click "Submit File for Checking or Converting".
5.Click Browse and navigate to file, and click "Upload File". You will receive online and e-mail confirmation upon a successful upload.
6.Click Continue and wait for a moment, you will receive an e-mail about the result of your PDF Checking/Converting. Or you can click Refresh File Status to check the file status.
(1)If the paper failed the PDF eXpress check/converting, you should:
(a)Log into PDF eXpress again
(b)Click on the report to find problem(s)
(c)Correct the errors and re-submit your paper
(2)If the paper passed the check/converting, you should:
(a)Click on the paper title to download the avaliable PDF
(b)Upload this pdf as your final paper at here.
(3)If you have some questions about the result, please click the help button in "Options".
(4)If you are not satisfied with the IEEE PDF eXpress-converted PDF, you could resubmit your paper with corrections ("Try Again" then "Upload File", turn to step 4).

IEEE PDF eXpress converts the following file types to PDF:

Freelance
(La)TeX (DVI and all support files required)
Page Maker
Frame Maker
Quark Xpress
Word Pro
Microsoft Word
Word Perfect
For documents created in formats that do not embed source files, include all support files with the final manuscript in a folder. Put this folder in a compressed archive for submission. If it is possible to embed images in the source document, you should do so to avoid potential issues, such as missing graphics. A DVI file is required for LaTeX conversions, in addition to the associated image files. Make sure that your LaTeX system can output a DVI file, otherwise it cannot be converted by the IEEE PDF eXpress. Be sure also to check that your images are properly referenced, and that DVI can handle the image file types used (DVI does not handle some newer image types, e.g., *.png).
