Registration Fee: US$500 for the first paper (US$440 for any subsequent papers from the same first author)
Extra Page Charge: If your paper exceeds 6 pages, please pay US$70 for each additional page

Remarks:
1. Each registration fee includes publication of 1 paper of maximum 6 pages in the conference proceedings, 1 pdf, as well as all technical sessions.
2. Each paper must have a dedicated registration with full payment received by the date specified in the acceptance email for the paper to be included in the proceedings and conference program (multiple papers require multiple registration fees. The author registration fee is US$480 for the first paper and US$440 for any subsequent papers from the same first author). All accepted but unregistered papers will be excluded from the conference proceedings, conference program, EI Compendex, ISTP, and IEEE Xplore.
3. If your paper(s) is(are) already covered by registration(s) from co-author(s), or if you do not need to publish or present a paper, the registration fee is US$250,
which includes all technical sessions. If you wish to make a presentation but without publishing a paper, you need to pay author registration fee.
4. Please complete the registration form and upload it to the Final Paper Submission System.

注:
1. 同一第一作者的第二篇文章起，每篇文章优惠人民币240元(每一篇2760元)。
2. 组委会必须要在注册截止日内收到每篇文章的所有费用，该文章才能发表和检索。被录用但不在截止日内交费的文章将不被发表和检索。
3. 如果您的论文已经由别的作者注册了，或者您不需发表论文，只需参会，注册费为人民币1400元。
4. 请填写好注册表,上传到最终稿系统。
国内作者通过银行汇款的说明
①作者通过银行汇款，请您一定切记要求银行营业员在“附件信息及用途”一栏中填写所录用的论文编号P****和第一作者姓名（请不要填写“会议注册费等字样”）。
②汇出注册费后，请把银行转账单据扫描件（请不要扫描您手工填写的单据，扫描银行打印的电汇凭证，您可以在该单据上确认银行是否已添加附加信息）和注册表一起上传到最终稿系统。如果我们在规定时间内没有收到扫描的银行转账单据和注册表，我们将视为没有收到注册费。
